How to Measure Your Foot Size
To get the best possible fit, we suggest measuring your foot
Step 1: Measure length of foot
The length of a foot is commonly defined as the distance between two parallel lines that are perpendicular to the foot and in contact with the most prominent toe and the most prominent part of the heel. Foot length is measured with the subject standing barefoot and the weight of the body equally distributed on both feet. The sizes of the left and right feet are often slightly different.
Step 2: Measure Width and Instep
The width of the foot is as important as the foot length. It is commonly defined as the circumference of the widest points below the toes. Width and Instep is measured with the subject standing barefoot and the weight of the body equally distributed on both feet. Standard measures of Width and Instep are taken in “cm” (centimeter) or mm (millimeter). Knowing your Width and Instep can give you the perfect fit.
